New Orleans, LA – May 31, 2018 – Premium Parking today announced the addition of Charles Dummett as Market President for Central Florida and the Bahamas. Charles will lead Premium’s business development and operations for private and public-sector clients along the Gulf Coast and Nassau, Bahamas. He will be based out of Tampa, Florida.

Charles brings 25 years of both private and municipal parking experience in the American and Canadian markets. Prior to joining Premium, Charles was the manager of parking for the City of Tampa where he oversaw both on and off-street parking operations. In Toronto, Charles worked with in management roles in private and public-sector parking operations. He attended Fisk University in Nashville, TN with a BA in English and serves as a member of Tampa’s downtown partnership parking committee and on the board of directors of the Demetrious Johnson Foundation in St. Louis, Missouri.
